In this project, teamwork was essential, with spaces organized for modeling and rendering.  I developed the 3D modeling and renders for common areas, including the gym, bike storage, gourmet room, and entrance hall. Additionally, I was responsible for the branding design, floor plans, and project brochure, overseeing both the graphic development and the colour-proof approvals, as well as the final physical brochure delivery to the real estate company (project developed with Zemage).
